Dr. Lekha Anil Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from CSIR – CFTRI with more than 20 years of research experience. She is well versed in topical herbal formulations.
With a strong foundation in systematic literature analysis, Dr. Lekha has initiated the work of setting up a library on Ayurveda and Yoga for knowledge management and sharing.
Global Online Ayuveda Library (G.O.A.L.) will serve as a knowledge repository of all available evidence from classical texts to modern scientific research to support evidence-based Ayurvedic medicine.
She has translated her knowledge into novel science-driven therapeutics, some of which have been tested for use in racehorses with musculoskeletal injuries.
