G.O.A.L. (Global Online Ayurveda Library)
Establish the Santhigram institutional library, which will serve as a virtual space to share evidence-based resources on Ayurveda and traditional medicine to educate and empower healthcare professionals, consumers, and knowledge enthusiasts.
We are facilitating access to quality content by providing information on authentic Ayurveda-focused resources and developing a modern library infrastructure that meets the requirements of multidisciplinary research.

Information is a powerful driver of innovation and change. While there is ample knowledge on traditional medicine and health, the main challenge lies in finding, selecting, and using fact-checked, authoritative resources to avoid misinformation. The demand for scientific evidence on the efficacy, safety, and quality of Ayurvedic interventions and practices is steadily growing. However, there is limited global information exchange on Ayurvedic knowledge. Libraries can play a pivotal role.
Our goal is to design and develop a transdisciplinary library on Ayurveda and traditional medicine that combines historical, traditional, and scientific sources of evidence, while showcasing modern scientific advances in people-centered healthcare. The library will host a comprehensive collection of peer-reviewed articles, scholarly books, and accessible non-technical content to serve the needs of a diverse user community. It is being designed to engage and disseminate knowledge on self-health and patient-centered care.
The Global Prakriti Project
The Global Prakriti Project (GPP) is an ambitious research effort to identify, map and classify the human population based on “Prakriti Assessment” to decode Ayurveda’s philosophical blueprint of life – known as Prakriti. GPP aims to leverage Ayurveda’s proactive and personalized approach to promote health and inform health care choices based on Prakriti analysis. Santhigram Foundation aims to build a statistical model that can predict the likelihood of an individual’s health improvement with Ayurveda.”

Health Outcome Improvement Research Programs
I. Non-opioid pain management
One of our key focus areas is the opioid crisis, which has affected millions worldwide. We are dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with pain, whether recovering from substance abuse or managing chronic conditions. We promote non-opioid pain management through Ayurveda and holistic healing practices.

II. Long haul covid symptoms management
As the world recovers from COVID-19, many people struggle with long-term effects such as breathing difficulties, heart problems, chronic inflammation, and other complications. Santhigram supports recovery through Ayurveda, Yoga, and Panchakarma therapies — holistic approaches that help overcome long-term illness by cleansing and rejuvenating the body while enhancing mental well-being.

III. Insomnia management
Another key focus is helping people achieve quality sleep. A 2021 CDC report revealed that 35% of Americans get less than seven hours of sleep per night or suffer from insomnia. If left untreated, insufficient sleep can lead to various health issues, including pain disorders and digestive problems. At Santhigram, we raise awareness about affordable and effective ways to manage insomnia through Yoga and Ayurveda.
